and in what capacities? Is the group willing and able to
commit the time, attention, and resources that may be needed
to do this? |

Is there a schedule with benchmarks so that
progress on the evaluation can be tracked? Is there a team
responsible for monitoring the evaluation and keeping the
whole group informed about its progress? |
